This blueberry ‘cheesecake’ is super healthy and with only 4 ingredients, it’s also super easy to make. I can’t really call it a cheesecake, because there’s nog cream cheese in it but fat free quark.
For this small pie mix 250gr (1cup) fat free quark, 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla essence. Put it in the pie shape and sprinkle with the blueberries. Put it in the oven (180°C/350°F) for 20 minutes.
I’ve sprinkled it with some sweetener before sefering to satisfie my sweet tooth, but this is optional.
