An apple a day, keeps the doctor away! I do seriously eat an apple every day. And a banana, a kiwi and often some forest fruit as well. I know, I really like fruit. The good thing about apples is that you can easily take them with you and that you can vary endlessly with them. In this post I’m sharing my 10 most favorite apple recipes with you. 1 Apple Rings with peanut butter
This is the deconstructed version of the apple tower pictured above. Just remove the core and cut the apple in rings. Spread some peanut butter on each ring and cover with muesli. Great for breakfast or as a snack.
2 Apple Granola Breakfast bowl
On workdays I always cut my apple in 8 parts and use 1 of them in my breakfast bowl. The other parts I take with me to work for a healthy snack in the afternoon. The combination of apple with a cinnamon granola is divine. You can combine your apple with banana and homemade granola.
