I’ve done a lot of experimenting to find the best recipe for healthy brownies. I think this recipe is the best because the brownies are nice and mushy. They’re sugar free, fat free, vegan, dairy free and flourless.
You can save them in the freezer and just take them out about 30/60 minutes before serving.
* 250 gr (1.5 cup) dates
* 300 ml (1 1/3 cup) water
* 100 gr (1cup) oatmeal
* 70 gr (0.5 cup) (raw) cacoa powder
* 2 hands of mulberries
* 60 gr (2oz) extra dark chocolate, 85%
Mix all the ingredients except the chocolate in a food processor. Melt the chocolate au-bain-marie and mix it in the batter. But the batter in muffin tins and freeze overnight.
