Homemade (gluten free) Bread

To you this is probably just a bread that doesn’t look so pretty. But to me it’s my very first homemade bread. So I’m very proud of it, even though it doesn’t look so nice. Next time I need to see how I can make it more smooth (tips are welcome!)

I used a Peaks mix for brown bread to make it. All I had to add was some lukewarm water, yeast, 30 gr margarine and 1 egg (for a vegan version you can use an egg substitute). I mixed if for 5 minutes using dough hooks. Poured the batter onto some parchment paper and let it rise for about an hour underneath a clean tea towel.
After that I baked it in the oven at 240°C for 40 minutes.
When it was cooled off I cut it into slices and served it with hummus, lettuce, tomato and avocado.
