As I said, you can find Juniper & Kin at the top of the QO Hotel in Amsterdam. This design hotel focusses on sustainability. Because of that they have their own greenhouse, also on the rooftop.
Rooftop bar Juniper & Kin specializes in cocktails. They have an extensive cocktail list with both all-time classics as lesser known varieties. They often use ingredients from the rooftop greenhouse for their cocktails. And they work with products from local farms.
On the 21st floor of the QO Hotel you can enjoy a cocktail and drinks menu of at least 9 pages. And they also have a great alcohol free gin and tonic!
There’s a bar menu for bar snacks to accompany your drinks at the rooftop bar.
In the mood for more than just bites? You can also get a table and go for one of the menus. You can get the Kitchen Garden & Chef’s Menu or the Junipers & Green menu. Both menu consists of 5 courses and are available with drink pairing. I say drink pairing instead of wine pairing, as it can also be that you get a matching cocktail or beer with your dishes at Juniper & Kin.
