New in Tilburg: Club Jolie

Last week a new restaurant has opened up in Tilburg: Club Jolie. You can find Club Jolie at the Piushaven in Tilburg. Club Jolie is the new project of the team from DonCurado, the Spanish restaurant that used to be housed in the building.
Club Jolie is open for lunch, drinks and dinner and serves dishes from all over the world.

I’ve been to DonCurado several times but I hardly recognized the building now that it’s transformed to Club Jolie. Onno and his team have restyled the restaurant completely. The walls are gray and black and you’ll see many natural materials in the restaurant, from bamboo chairs to plant patterns.
The restyle gives the restaurant a much more modern feel.

Club Jolie is open for lunch and dinner and you can have drinks with bites before or after dinner. They’re open 7 days a week from 11:30am to late. The menu is inspired by dishes from all over the word, although they often gave their own twist to it.
For lunch they have several soups, salads, pita tosti’s and platters like the healthy lunch platter with yoghurt and granola, fresh fruit and orange juice.

For dinner Club Jolie in Tilburg has all kinds of street food dishes for starters like crab cookies, ceviche and polenta. For the main dishes you can choose from dishes like risotto, lamb stew from Thailand and tenderloin steak. For the vegetarians they have a vegetable risotto with mushrooms and cheese and an Italian pasta dish with pappardelle, tomato, pesto and Parmezan cheese cookies.

The Pad Thai can also be ordered vegetarian as you can see on the picture.

Club Jolie also has several really tasty desserts like Creme Brûlée, Vanilla Milkshake or a Snicker Bonbon.

If you’re going to Club Jolie later in the evening for drinks with friends, yo can order bites from their Streetfood menu. The bites are inspired by dishes from all over the world. From springrolls from Vietnam to salty meat from Surinam and from taco’s from Mexico to soy beans from Japan. As a travel foodie I absolutely love a menu with dishes from all over the world!
