Shakshuka for dinner

Who says you can only have Shakshuka for brunch? I made Shakshuka with a twist for dinner and it’s a winner!
The secret ingredient is sweet potato. As you might know I really like sweet potatoes. They’re healthy, tasty and you can use them for practically everything. I’ve had them for breakfast as sweet potato toast, for lunch as sweet potato salad¬†and for dinner as a sweet potato burger.

And now I’ve made sweet potato Shakshuka! It’s a perfect vegetarian dinner recipe.
It’s also a great meal for easter.
