The Ras el Hanout spice mix from Geen Gypsy spices isn’t spicy but rich in taste because of the paprika, pepper, cumin and nutmeg. Ras el Hanout goes great with every chicken or lamb dish and I, as a vegetarian, use it with practically every couscous dish that I make.
You can use the Ras el Hanout mixture with courgette boats with couscous or with a bulgur salad.
