These edible penguins are so cute! They’re a great treat for when it’s your kids’ birthday party, but I have to say that I often serve them for adults too. No one can resist cute food!
The nice thing about this treat is that it’s easy to make, gluten free and suitable for vegetarians.
All you need is:
Black olives (pitted)
Slice the carrots and cut 1/4 out of each slice. You can use this bit later for the beaks. Carve a line lengthwise in half of the olives. Cut the mozzarella balls in 4 and put each quarter in a sliced olive. Use a toothpick to put the mozzarella olive on top of the carrot. Put the carrot beak in the hole of an olive and put this on top of the body.
