Matcha Spinach crackers
Eating healthy doesn’t mean that you can never have a snack moment again. Just make them healthy!
These vegan matcha spinach crackers are a perfect snack for when you’re having friends over, or if you’re watching your favorite tv show on the sofa. The recipe below is enough for a big batch.
Ingredients:
200 g whole wheat flour
170 gr frozen spinach (thawed)
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons matcha powder
Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl. Form a dough with your hands. Put the dough on a piece of parchment paper and roll out till it’s thin. Cut little squares, this is very easy with a pizza cutter.
Put the crackers in the oven (180C/350F) for 20 minutes.
They’re great with hummus, guacamole or any dipping you prefer!
