Healthy Date/Banana muffins

These muffins are very popular on my instagram account, so I’m happy to share the recipe with you!
For these healthy date/banana muffins I was inspired by The Healthy Journey, check Jemma’s website for many great recipes!

Heres my recipe for these healthy muffins.

Ingredients:
* 4 eggs
* 2 banana’s
* 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
* 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (or oatmeal flour to make them gluten free)
* 1 tbs baking soda
* 1 tbs vanilla extract
* 2 tbs honey
* 6 dates (pitted)

(optional topping: crushed walnuts and dates)

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor and bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Super easy and super yummy!
