1 cup almond flour (125 gram)
12 dried apricots
1 tbs coconut oil (melted)
1 tbs honey
1 ts vanilla essence
Handful of nuts (I used almonds)
Mis the oil, egg, honey and vanilla powder. Mix well with the almond flour. Finely chopp the apricots and nuts and spoon them in the batter. Form about 8 cookies and bake them at 300°F (150°C).
