Cauliflower Soup with Curry Hummus
On this page I’m sharing the recipe for cauliflower hummus soup. This vegan soup is perfect comfort soup for a cold and rainy evening. With only 5 ingredients, it’s super easy to make. I’ve got the recipe from the Maza website, they’ve shared it in Dutch so for my international followers I’ve translated the recipe. Below is the English version of this healthy and heartwarming recipe. The recipe is for 8 starters or 4 big bowls.
Recipe Cauliflower Hummus Soup
800 ml (3 cups) vegetable broth
1 package Hummus Curry (or regular hummus with curry spices)
2 tbs parsley, finely chopped
1 tbs roasted hazelnuts, chopped
Chop the cauliflower in florets and boil it in the vegetable broth for 10 minutes. Add the curry hummus and mix with a (stick) blender.
Put the soup in 8 glasses or 4 big bowls and garnish with the parsley and the hazelnuts.
