Healthy Date/Banana muffins
On this page I’m sharing the recipe for healthy banana date muffins. These muffins are very popular on my instagram account, so I’m happy to share the recipe with you!

Heres my recipe for these healthy muffins.
Recipe healthy banana date muffins
Ingredients:
* 4 eggs
* 2 banana’s
* 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
* 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (or oatmeal flour to make them gluten free)
* 1 tbs baking soda
* 1 tbs vanilla extract
* 2 tbs honey
* 6 dates (pitted)
(optional topping: crushed walnuts and dates)
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor and bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Super easy and super yummy!
