Healthy Oreo Brownies
Every now and then I just really feel like eating something unhealthy. And I think that, especially in the weekends, we can treat ourselves a little bit.
These Oreo Brownies are still quite healthy. For five brownies, I only used 2 Oreo cookies. And apart from the cookies, these muffins are completely sweetener free, fat free, gluten free, dairy free, flourless and nut free.
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 egg
1/3 cup (75 ml) (almond)milk
1 ts baking powder
1 tbs cacao
6 tbs oatmeal
2 tbs cacao nibs
2 Oreo cookies
Preheat the oven at 200C/400F. Mix the first 6 ingredients in a food processor. Spoon the cacao nibs in and divide the mixture over 5 muffin tins.
Break the Oreo cookies and sprinkle over the muffins.
Put in the oven for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
