Need inspiration for healthy comfort food? I always make a veggie burger if I want to eat ‘fast food’.
Just use a whole wheat bun and spread two tablespoons of hummus on the bottom half. Cover with lettuce and cucumber. Fry a veggie burger in a skillet on medium heat. I used a pumpkin-sweet potato burger from Vivera this time. Cover with avocado and tomato.
You can serve your burger with sweet potato fries!
