Healthy Apple Pie


I love this homemade healthy apple pie! No butter, no sugar, no dairy and still delicious!
I’ve named this pie ‘high fiber applepie’ (or ‘vezelrijke appeltaart’ in Dutch), if you bake it and post a picture on instagram you can use #highfiberapplepie (or #vezelrijkeappeltaart).

Mix 80gr whole weat flour, 40gr oatmeal, 1 egg, 1 tbs honey and 1 tbs cinnamon for the crust. Cover the bottom and the sides of a small pie shape.
Put a handful of raisins at the bottom. Peel and cut two apples and mix them with 1 tbs cinnamon.

Bake for about 45 minutes on 180°C (350°F)
