Aubergine Crisps


This meal with aubergine crisps is healthy and delicious!
And it’s also super easy to make.
For 1 person just slice half of an aubergine and bake the slices for a few minutes on each site in a frying pan. Dry them on a piece of kitchen towel before you lay them on some rocket, sprinkle them with pomegranate seeds and drizzle with fat free yogurt.

Easy as that! Enjoy!
