This oatmeal pizza is a great breakfast dish. It’s tasty, looks beautiful and it’s healthy too. I can’t think of a better way to start your day! This oatmeal pizza is gluten free, sugar free and dairy free.
Below is the recipe of one big oatmeal pizza.
Ingredients:
1 egg white
1 banana
4 tbs fat free yogurt
60 grams oatmeal
1 tbs flaxseed
2 tbs nut butter
Optionally raw cacao nibs and grated coconut
1 tbs flaxseed
2 tbs nut butter
Optionally raw cacao nibs and grated coconut
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Mix the egg white with half of the banana, the yogurt, oatmeal and flaxseed. But the mixture on bakpapier. You can also line a small pie shape with parchment paper. Bake your oatmeal pizza for 20 minutes.
Cover with the nut butter and the remaining half of the banana. Optionally you can sprinkle it with some raw cacao nibs and/or grated coconut.
