Vegan Peanut butter and Chocolate Mousse
You might think it’s difficult to find a dessert that doesn’t contain sugar, wheat, dairy, butter or other high fat ingredients. But this layered mousse dessert proves you wrong! This gluten free and vegan dessert is delicious and creamy without any artificial or unhealthy products! Below are the recipe and the food video showing you how to make this chocolate peanut butter mousse!
Recipe vegan peanut butter chocolate mousse
Ingredients:
130 gram (3/4 cup) dark chocolate, in chunks
2 tbs plant based milk
1 package silken tofu (300 grams)
125 gram (1/2 cup) peanut butter
Optionally: 1 tbs agave syrup
Melt the chocolate chunks au-bain-marie. Put half of the silken tofu with the plant based milk in a food processor. Add the chocolate and mix until combined.
Put the chocolate mousse in a glass or plastic cup. Combine the remaining ingredients in a food processor and poor the peanut butter layer on top of the chocolate layer. Put the mousse in the fridge until serving but at least for 1 hour.
I decorated it with some chocolate curls.
