This month the #FitFoodFriday recipe is stuffed avocado. These stuffed avocados make a very impressive brunch dish, while they’re super easy to make!
Just cut an avocado in half, fill the holes with eggs and put them in the oven (180°C/350°F) for 15-20 minutes.
You can also add some smoked salmon if you like.
This is a perfect meal if you’re working out because both the eggs as the avocados give you a good dose of protein. Besides that it’s gluten free and low in fiber and therefore good food for a pre-workout meal.
