Smoothie bowls are super easy to make and a great way to get a lot of vitamins for breakfast. And I’ve heard it’s better to eat your smoothie than to drink it, because your brain will feel more satisfied after a meal than after a drink. I don’t know if it’s true but it seems right.
Anyway, this smoothie bowl just tastes very good and that’s also important!
I always blend a bunch of frozen blackberries with a banana and about 4 tablespoons of unsweetened soy yogurt for a blackberry smoothie bowl. This time I had some leftover blueberries so I also threw in a handful of those.
Poor your smoothie in a bowl and decorate it with whatever you like! I used chia seeds, grated coconut, rolled oats and white chocolate stars.
