Every month I’m keeping you posted about my favorite new food products. As it’s December, this month will be all about Christmas food. In this blog post you can read about new products that have been released that are great to use for your Christmas dinner or to enjoy in your Christmas break as you’re snuggled up by the fire.
Hands off my Christmas Chocolate
Hands Off My Chocolate, the Dutch chocolate brand that makes chocolate bars that you can keep for yourself, has released Christmas chocolate. These limited edition Christmas Chocolate bars come in 3 flavors: Strawberry Meringue White Chocolate, Cinnamon Cookies Milk Chocolate en Nougat & Macarons 70% Dark Chocolate.
Lisa’s Choice
Lisa’s Choice is a new brand of gluten-free products that proves that gluten-free food can still taste nice. Lisa’s Choice started because one of their daughters couldn’t eat gluten anymore. They found out that most of the gluten-free products in the Netherlands weren’t healthy and had many unnatural additives. Together with an organic baker and a nutritionist they developed a range of gluten-free, organic products. They now have over 70 different products and just added quite a few vegan gluten-free items to their assortment.
Japanese products Lima
Ever since our trip to Japan I love making Japanese dishes. The only downside is that many Japanese sauces are high in salt or made with fish; so it’s unhealthy and not vegetarian. Luckily Lima has launched a a new range of vegan Japanese products that are low in salt. Their Tamari Soy sauce even contains 50% less salt! They’ve introduced 6 new products; besides the 4 pictured above they also have a ginger paste and a brown rice miso.
Purition
Purition makes shakes with natural ingredients. They now also have vegan flavors and quite original ones too! You can now make a vegan coffee walnut shake or a vegan blackberry shake. The powders from Purition are low in sugars and free of artificial colorings and flavorings. Mix one bag of Purition with 250ml of plant-based milk and you’re good to go.
