All those granola breakfast bowls you see on social media might look very healthy, but most granolas contain sugar and sweeteners. Double check the package before you buy your granola to see how healthy it really is.
Skip the ones with sugar, honey or syrup. Also the more healthy sounding sweeteners are still sugars. Your body doesn’t see a difference.
