Healthy oatmeal banana pancakes
I love baking pancakes on a lazy Sunday morning. With these oatmeal banana pancakes you can start you Sunday in a healthy way! These oatmeal banana pancakes are sugar free, gluten free and delicious with some fresh fruit!
For these oatmeal banana pancakes just mix 1 egg, 1 banana, 1/2 cup (125ml) skim milk and 1 cup (100gr) oatmeal for the batter.
Top them with some fresh fruits like strawberries or blueberries and a tablespoon of non fat quark.
Or mix some blueberries in the batter to make real healthy blueberry pancakes. Again, it’s great with some fat free quark and a tablespoon of blueberry jelly.
