I love Instagram as a source for inspiration. One of the accounts that really inspires me to live and eat healthy is ‘Fit met Charlotte‘. Besides her tips for staying fit and in shape, she also shares healthy recipes on her website.
One of my favorites of Fit met Charlotte is her breakfast recipe for oatmeal with baked banana. This satisfying breakfast is vegan and gluten free.
