I guess I’m in an ‘experimenting with quinoa fase’. Yesterday I shared my pink quinoa recipe, I’ve made popped quinoa for breakfast before, and now I’ve turned quinoa into a risotto. Purists might not like it, but I love experimenting with healthy food so I’m a big fan! This dish is gluten free, vegetarian and vegan (unless you add some parmesan cheese at the end).
