Sushi ‘n Sake is by far my favorite place for sushi in the eastside of Amsterdam (Amsterdam Oost). First of all because they have several vegetarian options and second of all because their fish is absolutely delicious.
As you might know I don’t eat meat and I eat very little fish, but for sushi I make an exception (you can check my favorite Sushi Recipes). At Sushi ‘n Sake, they have high quality traditional sushi but also some very surprising dishes, like the sushi tacos pictured above.
In this blogpost I’m showing you some of the dishes I really recommend.
I know my Sushi Pie went viral, but this one looks great too! This chuka wakame (seaweed salad) was almost to pretty to eat!
Thumbs up for their vegetarian sushi rolls with tofu and seaweed!
Even more vegetarian sushi! These rolls are with sweet potato and pumpkin.
A Japanese dessert: white and black sesame ice cream!
You can eat in or take out at Sushi ‘n Sake, so it’s also great if you don’t want to cook and enjoy the sushi at home.
Looking for good sushi in Amsterdam South (zuid)? Check Sushilee!
