3 Ingredient Banana Sushi

People often find it difficult to find a healthy snack. Most supermarket snacks contain a lot of added sugar or sweeteners. Yes, honey or syrup is also a sugar that you want to avoid.
Making your own snack without added sugar or sweeteners can be so easy. Check out my sugar free banana bread or coffee date cake for example.


This 3 ingredient banana sushi is also super easy to make. All you need is 1 banana per person, peanut butter and puffed rice.
Just slice the banana and cover the sides with peanut butter (I used a teaspoon for this). Pour some puffed rice on a low plate and roll the banana slices through the puffed rice.


Make sure you use a 100% peanuts peanut butter as peanut butter often contains extra sugar, salt, oil or fats. This peanut butter banana sushi is not only sugar free but also lactose free and vegan.
