Chaffles. Recipe for low-carb Keto waffles.

Have you ever heard of Chaffles? Chaffles are low-carb waffles that are very popular in the Keto community. But also if you want to use low-carb or gluten-free for other reasons, these waffles are a great brunch dish. On this page I’m sharing the recipe for low-carb Keto waffles called Chaffles.

The name Chaffles comes from cheese and waffles. These waffles are savory, not sweet. They’re made with only 2 ingredients of which cheese is the most important one.
As you don’t need any flour for these waffles, they fit perfectly in a low-carb diet.
Chaffles are very popular with people on the Keto diet. You eat low-carb and high fat when you’re following the Keto diet and that’s exactly what these Chaffles are. Per person you’ve only got 0.5 grams of carbs and 14.4 grams of fats.

These Chaffles are super easy to make, you only need 2 ingredients, a waffle iron and a few minutes.
I grated my cheese with my new Microplane grating blade and I love it. It’s high quality and looks really good with the wooden handle.
These cheese waffles make a perfect low-carb, Keto and/or gluten-free brunch dish! Below is the recipe for 2 people, you’ll also find the complete macros at the bottom of this page.
