It’s going to be a good food year for Tilburg! After announcing the opening of rooftopbar Doloris and vegan restaurant Focus Foodbar, I’ve got another scoop for you! In the spring of 2019 Eetwinkel Verzot will open up in Tilburg.
Owner Denise loves to cook and for years she often cooked for her friends and family. This year she’s letting everyone in Tilburg enjoy her cooking skills when Verzot will open up.
At Eetwinkel Verzot you’ll be able to get lunch, dinner or something sweet; all to-go.
At Eetwinkel Verzot you’ll be able to get lunch, dinner or something sweet; all to-go. Perfect for when you’re not in the mood to spent a lot of time in the kitchen or when you don’t have much time but still want to eat healthy.
The kitchen staff will work with products that are available that day so there’s a different menu every day. This way they don’t only work sustainable with seasonal and local products, it also reduces food waste.
Ottolenghi is one of the big inspirations for Denise, so you can expect dishes with vegetables as the main star or an honest piece of meat or fish.
Eetwinkel Verzot will open up at the Besterdplein in May 2019.
