A smoothie bowl is super easy to make and a great way to get your daily fruit intake! I made this vegan mango smoothie bowl, but you can of course experiment with what kind of dairy or fruit you prefer!

For one smoothie bowl I put 150 grams frozen mango, 100 ml almond milk, 1 tbs chia seeds and1 tbs flaxseeds in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and poor in a bowl. Decorate with toppings of your choice like kiwi, blueberries, granola and coconut flakes.
