The world finally knows how to pronounce quinoa and I’m already taking it a step further. Now that even my parents know what quinoa is and that you can have this healthy grain for dinner, I’ve experimented some more with it and made a breakfast recipe with quinoa!
I’ve read that you can pop quinoa, just like popcorn. I’ve tried it and you get a real crunchy flavor, that fits great with your bowl of soy yogurt, nuts and apples in the morning.
