I got to try out several products from Peak’s Free From. All of their products are gluten free and many of them are also egg free and dairy free, making them suitable for vegans as well. Peak’s Free From products are sold all over Europe so there’s a big chance that they’re sold in your hometown as well.
As I said I tried out several of their products and I would love to inspire you with my food pics! On this page I’m sharing several gluten free recipes with you.
I used their bread mix for brown bread to make this gluten free bread. If you’ve had gluten free bread before you might know that sometimes it can be dry and hard, but this bread wasn’t like that at all! I topped it with hummus, lettuce, tomato and avocado to create a healthy and delicious sandwich!
Look at this delicious breakfast bowl! I made it with the Crispy Pillows with chocolate and vanilla filling from Peak’s.
The Crispy Pillows are gluten free, wheat free and egg free. I put them in unsweetened soy yogurt and added banana slices, blueberries and red berries. I’ve also added some raw chocolate chips and grated coconut.
Pretty good start of the day, don’t you think?
For dinner I tried their gluten free vegan Fusilli and made a dinner recipe with roasted vegetables.
I made a dressing of 4 tbs olive oil and 6 tbs balsamic vinegar. I sliced 1 courgette (zucchini) and cut the slices in half. I put them on an oven tray together with 2 red onions (sliced) and 3 spring onions (sliced). I drizzled them with the dressing and roasted them in the oven (180°C/350°F) for 30 minutes. I prepared the fusilli as stated on the package and served it with the vegetables. Not eating vegan? Than you can add some grated Pecorino cheese before serving.
I made this breakfast jar with Peak’s Free From Crunchy. I took the strawberry and almond flavor and combined it with fresh strawberries and unsweetened soy yogurt. This breakfast jar is gluten free and vegan!
I’ve also made this gluten free and vegan lemon cake. Doesn’t it look gorgeous? You can find the recipe here.
