Baked Oats Recipe

On this page I’m sharing my super easy Baked Oats Recipe. Baked oats are a great way to have a healthy and cheap breakfast. Baked oats look a bit like a pancake, pizza or a cake, so it feels like you’re having pizza for breakfast!

Rolled oats are a super cheap ingredient, but it’s also healthy and nutritious. So I love working with oats. You can use it to make overnight oats or oatmeal pizza for example. This time I used oats to make Baked Oats. This recipe is completely vegan. So it’s dairy free and cruelty free! There’s no milk or eggs needed for this recipe. And, as always on my website, the recipe is free of added sugar! So this baked oats recipe is vegan and suger-free.
It’s super easy to make a single serving. If you’re often eating breakfast alone this recipe is perfect for breakfast for one!

Grease a skillet with some coconut oil. Put the batter in the skillet and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
