It’s so great to see your recipe printed in a cookbook! My oatmeal pizza recipe is one of the breakfast recipes in Quaker’s breakfast book (‘ontbijtboek’ in Dutch).
I have to admit that I always take time for my breakfast. Even on weekdays I set my alarm 30 minutes earlier so I can enjoy a good breakfast. But on the weekends I really like to have a breakfast party.
And what’s better food for a party than pizza?
