Frozen Chocolate Bark

This Frozen chocolate bark is a fun and easy treat inspired by Disney’s movie Frozen. With its icy blue swirls and snowflake sprinkles, it instantly feels magical and wintery. The best part is that it’s incredibly simple to make and doesn’t require any baking skills at all. This makes it a perfect recipe to make together with kids, or as a quick festive treat for a movie night, birthday party or winter celebration.

Disney Frozen

Frozen is one of Disney’s most beloved animated movies and has been a favorite with both kids and adults since its release in 2013. Set in the fictional kingdom of Arendelle, the story follows sisters Elsa and Anna and is inspired by snowy landscapes, winter magic and themes of love and family. With iconic songs like Let It Go, memorable characters and a strong wintery atmosphere, Frozen quickly became a classic. Its icy color palette, snowflakes and magical elements make it perfect inspiration for winter-themed treats and desserts like this Frozen chocolate bark.

Super easy Frozen Chocolate Bark

To make this Frozen chocolate bark, you only need a few ingredients. I used two bars of white chocolate as the base. For the icy blue effect, I used Super Drip from the German webshop Super Streusel, in the color Sky Blue. To finish it off, I decorated the bark with FrozenSnowFlake sprinkles from Super Streusel, which really give it that snowy Frozen look. I used the same SuperDrip and sprinkles to make these Snow Globe cookies.

Recipe Frozen Chocolate Bark

Ingredients:

  • 2 bars white chocolate
  • SuperDrip in the color Sky Blue from Super Streusel (or use blue Candy Melts)
  • Sprinkles in winter theme, like FrozenSnowFlake from Super Streusel

Instructions:

Start by preheating your oven to 75 degrees Celsius (170 F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the two bars of white chocolate on top. Put the tray in the oven for approximately 10 minutes.

Take the tray out of the oven and use a spatula to gently smooth out the chocolate into an even layer. While the chocolate is still warm, prepare the Super Drip by warming it in the microwave according to the instructions on the package.

Drip a few drops of the blue Super Drip over the white chocolate. Using a spatula, knife or bamboo skewer, gently draw patterns through the chocolate. I like to make circular movements first, then rotate the baking tray 90 degrees and swirl again. This creates a beautiful marbled effect that looks like ice and snow, perfectly matching the Frozen theme.

While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle a handful of the FrozenSnowFlake sprinkles on top. Don’t press them in too much; they’ll stick naturally as the chocolate sets. Once decorated, place the tray in the fridge and let the chocolate bark set completely.

When the chocolate is firm, break it into pieces using your hands. Each piece will look slightly different, which makes this Frozen chocolate bark extra fun. Serve it immediately, or store it covered at room temperature for up to one week. It’s a simple but magical treat that’s guaranteed to bring a little Frozen magic into your kitchen.
