Microwave roasted sweet potatoes

I love roasting sweet potatoes! Normally you roast (sweet)  potatoes in the oven, but did you know you can really easily roast them in the microwave as well? It’s much faster!

I’m telling how to do it and I’m sharing two recipes for the filling here.
