Den Bosch is a nice little city in Brabant, near Utrecht and Tilburg. Although most of the restaurants have been there for quite a while and their menus didn’t change much over the years, there are a few new hotspots that do have a more creative menu. I love it if a place takes a risk to offer something different, especially if it’s more healthy and more plant based!
