Oreo Ice Cream (no ice cream maker needed)

On this page I’m sharing the recipe for home-made Oreo Ice Cream. You don’t need an ice cream maker to make this delicious creamy ice cream. You don’t even have to stir during the freezing proces. So it’s super easy to make. With just 5 ingredients, you can create this tasty home-made Oreo Ice cream.

Home-made Ice Cream (no ice cream maker needed)

Did you know that it’s super easy to make your own ice cream at home? You don’t need an ice cream maker to make this no-churn ice cream. You don’t even have to stir the ice cream regularly when it’s in the freezer. All you have to do is whisk some heavy cream, stir in condensed milk, add your favorite toppings and put it in a container in the freezer. That’s all!
I love making my own ice cream without an ice cream maker. I’ve already made several kinds of ice cream, like this Snickers ice cream or this Lotus Biscoff ice cream.

Oreo Ice Cream

And now it was time to combine my hobby of making my own ice cream, with my love for Oreo cookies. This home-made Oreo Ice Cream is super easy to make. All you need is 5 ingredients and about 10 minutes to make it. After that you just put it in the freezer overnight and take it out a few minutes before serving. That’s all! Easy and super tasty! Recipe Oreo Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml heavy cream
  • 1 can condensed milk (304 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 8 Oreo cookies, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon black cacao powder

Preparation:

Put the heavy cream in a bowl with the sugar and mix until stiff peaks have formed. Stir in the condensed milk until combined.
Add 3/4 of the crumbled Oreo cookies and stir in carefully.
Put most of the mixture in an airtight container.
Add the tablespoon of black cacao powder to the remaining mixture and stir until combined.
Using a spoon, put a few dollops of the gray ice cream mixture on top of the mixture in the container. Use a knife to create a swirl pattern. Top with a few more Oreo cookie crumbles.
Cover the container and put in the freezer overnight.
Take it out of the freezer 5 minutes before serving and top with the remaining Oreo cookie pieces.
