Pancake Power from Green Gypsy Spices

I’ve known the spice mixes from Green Gypsy Spices for quite a while now. I’ve made a coffee date bread with her Choco Loco Spices and a Falafel bowl with her Ras-el-Hanout just to name two examples. They now have a new range called Do it Yourself that includes 6 products with which you can make a variety of dishes yourself. There are nuts for roasting or corn for popping for example.

My favorite is the Pancake Power with which you can make delicious healthy pancakes. The Pancake Power mis is made with buckwheat, millet and spices. Buckwheat looks like a grain, but it isn’t. It’s actually a seed from a plant, making this Pancake Power mix gluten free.
With the Pancake Power mix from Green Gypsy Spices you can make yourself some healthy pancakes. Buckwheat is high in fiber, vitamin B and magnesium and millet is high in protein and iron.

To make the pancakes all you have to do is put 40 grams of the mixture in a food processor or blender together with 1 banana, 1 egg and a tablespoon of (almond) milk. You can make about 5 smaller pancakes with it, or 1 big one!
