- 250 grams fresh ravioli
- 1 clove garlic
- 250 grams mushrooms
- 150 grams fresh spinach
- 50 grams Parmesan cheese
- 25 grams bread-crumbs
- 125 grams creme fraiche
Clean the mushrooms and thinly slice them. Warm a big, ovenproof pan on medium fire without oil. Fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Don’t stir too much, as you want the mushrooms to release their juices.
Preheat the oven to 250C.
Bring water to a boil and prepare the ravioli as stated on the package.
Take the pan of the fire and add the spinach. Shortly stir until the spinach leaves have shrunk. Drain the water.
In a small bowl, mix the bread-crumbs with the cheese. Finely chop the garlic.
Add the pasta, spinach, garlic and creme fraiche to the mushrooms. Stir until mixed well. Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the pasta and bake the pasta for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
If your pan is not oven-proof; you can use an oven dish.
