Valentine’s Day Oreo Balls

I made Oreo balls the other day and I decided to make a special love edition for the 14th of February. On this page I’m sharing the recipe of my Valentine’s Day Oreo Balls. You only need a few ingredients to make these Oreo Balls and I’m sure your Valentine will love it.

Oreo Balls

As I said, I made 3 ingredient Oreo balls the other day. I loved making them because they’re super easy to make as you only need 3 ingredients. And everyone will love them. Oreo lovers, chocolate lovers; these Oreo Balls will satisfy everyone.
I used the basic recipe of Oreo Balls but I’ve adjusted it a little bit to give it a Valentine’s Day twist.

Valentine’s Day

Are you celebrating Valentine’s Day? To be honest, I don’t put a lot of weight on it. I’m fine if my boyfriend doesn’t do anything for Valentine’s Day for example. But on the other hand, I think it’s a great excuse to do something extra sweet for him. Buying him some heart-shaped chocolate, baking him Valentine’s Day pancakes or giving him a massage.
My boyfriend actually loves Oreo cookies and chocolate so he was very happy when I made these Valentine’s Day Oreo balls for him. Scroll down for the recipe!

Valentine’s Day Oreo Balls

Ingredients (makes 16-20 balls):
1 package Oreo cookies (154 grams)
100 grams cream cheese
50 grams white chocolate
500 grams ruby chocolate (or pink candy melts)
Heart-shaped sprinkles

Mix the Oreo cookies and the cream cheese in a food processor until fully combined. The mixture shouldn’t have cookie crumbs anymore, but should be a smooth mixture.
Use your hands or two teaspoons to form 15 to 20 balls from the Oreo mixture. Put them on a plate lined with parchment paper and put that plate in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
In the meantime, melt the white and ruby chocolate au-bain-marie in two separate bowls.
One by one, put the Oreo balls on a fork and use a teaspoon to divide the ruby chocolate over half the balls. Put the chocolate covered balls back on the parchment lined plate and sprinkle them with the heart-shaped sprinkles. Cover the other half of the Oreo balls with the white chocolate.
Put the Valentine’s Day Oreo Balls in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.
You can keep them in the fridge until serving.
