I’ve made healthy pancakes before, like oatmeal pancakes or banana pancakes. But they always had egg in the batter. I wanted to create a vegan pancake batter that would still be tasty and not too dry. After some experiments, I’ve found my favorite recipe. No butter, eggs or sugar needed for this pancake batter!
For the batter just mix 1 banana, 125 gram (1 cup) flour, 2 ts baking powder, 1 ts cinnamon and 250 ml (1 cup) plant based milk (I used Rice Dream). That’s all!
