Wildekuche: vegetarian and vegan restaurant in Berlin

Wildeküche is a vegetarian and vegan restaurant in Berlin. The restaurant (and beer garden!) works with regional products, fresh and untreated fruits and vegetables and they don’t use any refined sugars.
Owners Patricia, Inga and Nelja have a background in the art scene where they worked as video and visual producers. Besides their passion for art and music they also shared a passion for vegetarian/vegan food. They wanted to create awareness for healthy food with authentic taste. Prepared simply but creatively. I recognize their mindset that people should think about what they eat.

Wildeküche is based on three principles: “Earth care, People care, Fair Share”. They connect with consumers who have a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle, or who experience the benefits of their general well being by eating healthy. But also to consumers who are used to love their sausage and beer and can now experience a new vegetarian version that is just as tasty but much more healthy.

On the menu you’ll find this healthy vegan starter for example. This plate is to share for 2 and is completely vegan.
The Asian burger pictured above is also 100% vegan, it’s made with tempeh and served with kimchi and pineapple chutney.
On the top of this page you’ll see the Buddha Bowl that is packed with seasonal vegetables, chickpeas, tempeh and beetroot hummus.
