This healthy strawberry cake is super easy to make and it’s suitable for pretty much any diet since it’s raw, vegan, gluten free and sugar free. A perfect quick recipe for summer! All you need is four ingredients and none of them are sugar or butter!

Ingredients:
9 medjool dates, pitted
85 grams almonds
100 gram strawberries (+ extra for decoration)
4 bananas
Pie plate (20 cm), lined with parchment paperMake sure you’ve got medjool dates since they are nice and juicy. If you’ve got regular dates it’s smart to put them in water for an hour or so. Mix the dates and the almonds in a food processor until you’ve got a crumbly mixture. Cover the bottom of the pie plate with the mixture. Press with the back of spoon. Put in the freezer.
Clean your food processor so you can mix the strawberries with the bananas in it. Poor the mixture over the bottom and put the pie back in the freezer. Leave in the freezer for an hour to set.
