Best Ice Cream Spots in Alicante

Are you travelling to Alicante in Spain and are you looking for some good ice cream shops? On this page I’m sharing the best ice cream spots in Alicante. I love eating ice cream when I’m on vacation and my boyfriend does at well. Sometimes, we eat an ice cream every day. So I think you can consider us real experts! I hope this list of best ice cream spots will be helpful when you’re in Alicante.

1 Heladería Borgonesse

My favorite ice-cream spot in Alicante was Heladeria Borgonesse. You can find it at the cute little square Plaza Portal de Elche, in between the city center and the harbor of Alicante. They sell artisan ice cream with natural ingredients. They’ve got delicious flavors like Brownie, Kinder, Oreo and Chocolate con Leche. They’ve also got several vegan ice cream flavors.
Heladeria Borgonesse also’s got a location in Madrid.

2 Pinocchio Gelateria

You can find Pinocchio Gelateria right in the city center of Alicante, right next to many bars and restaurants. They’ve got a terrace that is a great spot to sit down and enjoy your ice cream while you can do some people-watching. Pinocchio Alicante has over 20 ice cream flavors that you can get in a cup, cone or bubble waffle. From Marshmallow to Passion Fruit and Oreo, they’ve got all kinds of flavors.
It might seem like a strange combination, but they also sell cocktails at Pinocchio. So you can have a drink after your ice cream.

3 Heladería Venetia

Heladeria Venetia is a bit tucked away in a side street and they’ve got less flavors than Pinocchio and Borgonesse, but they’re really worth paying a visit. The ice cream is delicious! They only use natural and premium ingredients at Heladeria Venetia, and that makes for a rich taste. From Stracciatella to White Chocolate, their ice creams are very creamy. And they’ve got lactose-free ice cream too, when I was there they had a delicious mango flavor.

4 Amorino

Amorino is an Italian ice-cream company that started in France. They now have ice cream shops all over the world, including Alicante. They’re mostly known for their rose shaped ice cream. After you’ve picked your flavors, the staff will create a beautiful flower with the ice cream as you can see on the picture. Besides ice cream cones, they also sell ice cream macarons.
