Christmas ice cream bars

How cute are these Christmas ice cream bars? I love creating cute foods. I once made Kitty Kat Donuts and Unicorn Toast for example. I even have a whole blog post full of Cute Food Ideas. Last year I made Mummy and Ghost ice cream popsicles for Halloween and ever since then I’ve been playing with the idea to also make ice cream bars for Christmas. This year I’ve finally made them! I created a Snowman and a Reindeer ice cream bar.

Just as I had done with the Halloween ice cream bars, I used store bought mini chocolate ice cream bars. You can of course also buy the regular sized ice cream bars. But the minis are less calories and way cuter.

Snowman ice cream bar

For the snowman ice cream bar I used a white chocolate ice cream bar. I used an orange M&M for the nose, raw cacao nibs for the buttons and a chocolate decoration marker for the eyes. If you don’t have raw cacao nibs you can also use the chocolate markers for the buttons.

Reindeer ice cream bar

For this Reindeer ice cream bar I used a milk chocolate ice cream bar. For the nose I used a red M&M’s and for the antlers I used pretzels.
You can add eyes with a chocolate marker or with two raw cacao nibs.

These ice cream bars are super easy to make and fun to decorate with kids as well. I would say they make the perfect dessert for kids at your Christmas dinner.

I love making recipes for Christmas. You can check my three course vegetarian Christmas menu or my vegetarian/vegan Christmas recipes Pinterest board for more inspiration.
