I love making Nice Cream, this vegan and healthy ice cream made of bananas is easy to make and you can enjoy a dessert without added sugars, milk or cream!
As you might know I’m a big fan of peanut butter (hence my peanut butter brownies and peanut butter chocolate mousse), so I decided to make a peanut butter nice cream bowl!
It’s easy to make but such a treat to have this for breakfast! This breakfast bowl is vegan and refined sugar free. Below is the recipe for 1 portion.
Recipe
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1 tbs water
1 tbs peanut butter
1 tbs cacao powder
Optionally: a tablespoon of soy yogurt to smoothen
Decoration:
1/2 banana
1 tbs peanut butter
Raw cacao nibs
Granola (I used banana bread granola from Bio Today)
All you have to do is put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pour your peanut butter nice cream in a bowl and decorate with the 1/2 banana, cacao nibs, granola and peanut butter.
