Who says you can only have Shakshuka for brunch? I made Shakshuka with a twist for dinner and it’s a winner!
The secret ingredient is sweet potato. As you might know I really like sweet potatoes. They’re healthy, tasty and you can use them for practically everything. I’ve had them for breakfast as sweet potato toast, for lunch as sweet potato salad and for dinner as a sweet potato burger.
And now I’ve made sweet potato Shakshuka! It’s a perfect vegetarian dinner recipe.
It’s also a great meal for easter.
